Yahoo Images overriding my web page commands

My "break out of frames" command doesn't work

By chance I discovered that Yahoo Images and travel.yahoo are presenting my images in their frames context.

I have a "break out of frames" script on all my pages but somehow Yahoo prevents this.
It also somehow opens a 2nd page (new window) when clicking on one of my links, even though my page does not call for a second window to open.

How are they doing this?
How can I prevent them from doing this?

Am I alone in feeling that Yahoo shouldn't be overriding my break out of frames command?
