We have been trying to submit several sites to Yahoo directory. Due to our large client base, we need to submit about 30 sites monthly to Yahoo Directory. However, when I hit submit on the credit card info page, I get:
"Error not able to validate scrumb specified."

We also tried sending from different IP addresses. When using a different IP, the first submission worked and the rest failed. We are now able to send one submission about every 2-3 days without error and we get errors again thereafter.

We also tried registering new usernames for each submissions, but still get this error.

I am just wondering if others have experienced this problem or might know what the problem is. Yahoo has not responded to our support emails over 10 days ago and when we called them we got transfered to a call center that no one knew the answer.

Yahoo customer support severely sucks! I just tried to cancel my yahoo directory sponsorships today and the email they give to cancel your listing doesn't even exist!

sponsorlistings-billing@yahoo-inc.com
SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<sponsorlistings-billing@yahoo-inc.com>:
host mrin4.corp.yahoo.com [216.145.48.97]: 550 5.1.1 <sponsorlistings-billing@yahoo-inc.com>... User unknown

As stated on Yahoo's Help page:

How do I cancel my Sponsor Listing?
If you wish to discontinue your participation in the Sponsor Listing program, you can cancel your sponsorship using the online Listing Management Center. Or you can send an email to sponsorlistings-billing@yahoo-inc.com stating that you wish to withdraw as a Sponsor Listing. Please include your order ID and web site URL.
Your participation in the Sponsor Listing program will cease and your listing will be removed from the "Sponsor Listings" section. If you request that your Sponsor Listing be removed before the end of a month for which you have prepaid your monthly fee, Yahoo! will not be required to refund any portion of such prepaid monthly fee.

If you're notified of a category or subcategory change within the last five business days of any month, you'll have two business days after receiving such notice of a change to cancel your Sponsor Listing in the online Listing Management Center or by sending Yahoo! a notice via email stating that you wish to discontinue your participation in the Sponsor Listing program.

And furthermore there is not a way to cancel your directory submissions in the Listing Management Center either!

Typical Yahoo experience!
