Yahoo Site Explorer has added the feature to use IDN domains in native characters. You can now include multilingual domains to be used in native form. This eliminates needing to use punycode as workarounds which many of us who have IDN based sites had to do.
This makes both major search engines site map tools completely IDN Domain friendly.
