I get totally different results between yahoo.co.uk and yahoo.com search results - does yahoo.com penalise European based servers? Or is there something else I can do to improve my position in the US search engine.

Improve your chances by:
- Locate your site on a US server. - Switch your Whois to a US based address. - Remove any links to alternative tlds. - Remove page titles that have locations on them - Get inbound links from other .coms.

Thanks, I have kind of given up with the US area at the moment - I will need to focus on the UK market first. I could do with some of the 270 million North Americans to give me a visit!
