Yahoo Directory Help Email Addy Does Not Work

I tried to email Yahoo Directory and the message bounced back

I need to change the billing info on a Yahoo! Directory listing ... and went to this Help page (http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/sponsor/sponsor-18.html) and found this email address: [e-mail]

The message I sent to that email bounced back as undeliverable. I don't know how to contact Yahoo! about this. I do not have the original info from when the listing was purchased, so none of the automated forms work for me.

Any ideas?

I called them to speak to a guy, having troubles as well with my listing.

866-562-7228 #5 (although listen to the options, it may not be option 5 anymore)

You can also try the "express" yahoo subdomain where you login with your Yahoo user account.
