The credit card has a new expiration, though. I hit "edit," changed it, no problem. Got a message that it sometimes takes 24 hours to "take" in the "order management" area.
Went back the next day to check that it went through. It did not; still states the old expiration. Changed it again.
Went back again today and found that it still has the old expiration date for the credit card. There is no contact information that I can find, no "e-mail customer service" button, and Help is no help at all.
I have cleared my cache, logged in properly. If I try to "request a change," there is no option for billing issues.
What can I do to fix this problem? Does anyone else have experience with making changes in the billing area of the Yahoo Directory listings? Any advice on who or how to contact Yahoo?
What we have in common is that there is no way to contact yahoo that i can find. Really poor service from Yahoo
