Hai Friends,

I have observed a point while finding the ranks in Yahoo for my site. I have a doubt regarding this.
Could anyone can clarify my doubt.

Well in Yahoo even for the article pages keywords only the index page will be ranking while in other search engines that particular article page will be ranking for the keyword.

And also what could be the reason for the all the article pages to be indexed and get rankings.

Sounds like a directory listing. Are you in the Yahoo! directory? If so, you'll need to optimize the pages you want to rank to outweigh the directory listing.
