Duplicate listing with no snippets and "more results" listing the two identical urls only

example
search for wwwdotadomain.co.uk reveals 2 listings both identical

wwwdotmydomain.co.uk - More pages from this site
and
wwwdotmydomain.co.uk - More pages from this site

200 other pages not listed

Are Yahoo Search building their own dupllicate filter results and then penalising them for duplicate content?

Yeah, I have this too - both with slightly different descriptions/snippets

Just goes to show you that sometimes a websites gets through the cracks.
