Yahoo Groups & IP addresses

I think the group moderator of a yahoo group can see a group member's IP address, right?

Say somebody has two yahoo screen names (I have a friend who..;)) could a group moderator either see what other yahoo groups a group member is in...or even see they have another yahoo screen name with the same IP address?

I know this might sound a bit odd, but I want to join a yahoo group, but think some of the other groups Im a member in could possibly offend them, b/c it sort of goes against their worldview..

Im a bit surprised to see this topic got posted, b/c it said it would have to be checked at first and then I couldnt see it in my control panel.

Anyways, I'd like to stress again, that i'm not trying to do anything bad. I have no problem with the moderators of those yahoo groups to see my IP address.

Im simply wondering if the moderator of one yahoo group could know what other yahoo groups I'm a member of, because I wouldn't want that in this particular case..and would decide not to join this yahoo group, if that was the case...

I really dont have a problem with having the yahoo group moderators of the individual groups to see my IP address in general, though...
