Directory listing

Altering the description

I'm trying to get the description of our site changed in the directory. Actually I've tried twice over the last few months and I get no response and nothing seems to happen. Any ideas what you need to do to get this sorted?

Pay the express inclusion fee?

If your site is already listed and you resubmit using the Express Submit you will only lose the fee.

To suggest a change to your listing:

[add.yahoo.com...]

It notes that if you do not see a change within 3-4 weeks then it did not meet the guidelines.

This is a paid listing. And I've submitted my changes through the change link.

I have to work on the basis that they didn't accept the proposed changes and yet I can't understand why. The nature of the site has changed so significantly it should be updated.

My point is, where can I go next to query their decision?
