If anyone can offer suggestions for submitting a website, to be listed on Yahoo!, it would be greatly appreciated. I guess, from reading the previous posts, I would like information for submitting a free listing and one that I have to pay for.

You would want to do a few things.
1) Submit to their business directory, which costs $200. 2) I would also go and submit to Google, as Yahoo uses Google for some of the results it returns.

Do I submit to the same place at Google? Is there some type of form to fill out for all of this?
