Re-submitting the yahoo rss sitemap to maintain search referrals

Hello All,

Does anyone know if NOT resubmitting the yahoo site map will cause a gradual slow down of the search referrals from yahoo? I noticed a slow down in referrals, resubmitted my site map and traffic started coming back again. Anyone else notice this behavior?

I think that's a coincidence.

Slurp is pretty active in my logs all the time, and I don't resubmit my sitemap at all. I just let the bot come and get it.

Y! have made some big changes to the algorithm this week, so that may account for the blip you noticed.
