When a site is already listed.

Remove and then suggest again?

I have a site that was indexed with the title being:

XYZ Consulting Etc
"XYZ Coming Soon..."

Now that the site is fully built and META's are in place, besides time, what has to happen?

Can I re-suggest (which I've done) and let it eventually fade into oblivion? Or must I first remove the existing listing and then suggest again?

Any help is greatly appreciated!
