Hi

I've been struggling to get back into yahoo. The site is in my opinion in full compliance with the guidelines, and I've mailed to the re-review request many times in past two years (site has gone through 3 complete redesigns over that period of time).

Now I really want back. Y used to have this 299$ search submit program which included a manual response if there was a conflict with the guidelines. I paid 299$ about 1.5 years ago (after we were dropped for whatever reason) for directory submit in hopes to get crawled. The site was accepted and still is in the directory, but no pages in SERP. Later I read that directory submission didn't include crawling of site. Sigh.

All I see is the Search submit and Search submit pro, which seem cheap, but both are CPC stuff (which I don't want) and require to maintain positive balance or URLs will be dropped. Also this doesn't seem to include a full crawl of site.

I've mailed Y support saying that I want a review and inclusion/reply what I'm doing wrong and that I'm ready to pay for this, but I can't get any decent answers.

Is there some place I could just simply pay for a review and get a response?

Thanks.

We've had the same problem. Couldn't get Yahoo to index any of our pages except the home page. Finally relented and tried Search Submit Express which has since been in "pending" status for much much longer period than the 4 business days they had stated.
When asked why we were stuck in "pending" status, Yahoo replied with "technical issues". Going absolutely nowhere with them.
The only problem I can find is that several scraper sites have our URL on them. The scraper sites are on two IP addresses 66.117.154.119 and 206.207.87.6. The scraper sites on these IP's seem to penalized as well and the association with them is beyond our control.
Heard that varying meta tags and descriptions might help but sites that don't have any meta at all can rank very well in Yahoo.
There has to be something wrong with their filters and getting someone at a higher level and technically savvy at Yahoo to fix your specific domain will take some luck. Or pray for another update.
