We have an excellent reputation in our community and strongly suspect a competitor to be responsible for the blemish since family members of this competitor have written some of their own reviews (and foolishly used their own names).
We've tried contacting Yahoo to no avail. Does anyone know of a way to refute - or even better, have removed - a negative anonymous rating?
We don't want to be delisted completely but find this sort of situation to be grossly unfair.
