Links not showing on some Yahoo searches

Is Norton blocking these?

As I run some searches on Yahoo, I notice that numerous listings do NOT show a clickable link. Just description. Since the link is excluded, so is a title.

Is this my Norton (ad blocker) being overly aggressive? Some of us recently noticed how NIS was blocking the link [webmasterworld.com] to the Webmasterworld Affiliate Forum. If Norton is also blocking links provided in the index of search engines, it would be outrageous in my opinion. They are going to far.
