Im not sure if my brain isnt working or if it really is Yahoo. In Site Explorer I cant do what one can do in MSN or G - and thats search for pages with say .asp or .php for a given domain.

i.e. site:mywidget.com .asp

Ive tried using +,-, inurl, and a few other variations but cant get it to work (and I have tried other sites with just text and it still chokes)

Anyone have any ideas?

Site Explorer was set up as a limited tool to take backlink queries off the main page. It would be nice if it had additional search functionality, but I think that would require a basic rethinking of the tool.

Maybe someone from Yahoo could elaborate.
