Hello,

This is very serious situation. It's about my credit card problem. The the registrar has notified me for serveral times that they can't renew my domain but I was away and didn't check email for a month. The domain has expired for 25 days now. I check the listing in SEs and all gone, no where to be found even using it's url. The registrar tell me that I can renew it but it cost $80. Should I try it. If I bring it back will it still be able to back to the previous position in SEs' index? Or should I register a new domain.

This is very serious situation for my life, please help.

Thanks all.

It'll probably come back, especially if you don't lose any links.

If it's so serious, then surely eighty bucks is worth it.

If I bring it back, the create-on date of the domain may change, will it affect the links that I have collected before this new create-on date. Do Yahoo, Google and Msn check this.

Actually, I beleive that it should not be a problem. If it is, there would be no one buy expired domains at high prices. Howerver, I just would like to make sure.

I don't think it's really expired. It's just pending delete. There's plenty of time to reclaim a domain name.
