Report: Yahoo in Talks to Acquire Facebook

The Wall Street Journal is reporting in a front page article that Yahoo and Facebook are in discussions. It pegs the deal at nearly $1 billion which is significantly more than News Corp. paid for MySpace (approx. $580 million) a year ago, which is a much larger site.
