I think they did start with the code from ATW, but it looks like they are doing something different with it. They seem to focus on the RSS news feeds as opposed to crawling sites for .avi files. ATW has very different results than the Yahoo beta tool.

Does this mean that OPML is no longer necessary? (From Yahoo!'s standpoint?)
