Here in the UK we have the choice of clicking on Yahoo.com, or Yahoo.co.uk. Traditionally we Brits have used the .co.uk site and in the past 90% of my Yahoo traffic came from there. Last month's update resulted, in my opinion, in a dreadful algo for .co.uk but then I'm biased aren't I. However, over the last few weeks the traffic from .com has increased, and that from .co.uk has fallen to the extent that, today, .com has, for the first time ever, exceeded the business from .co.uk. My conclusion is that the surfers out there have the same opinion that I have got about the .co.uk results. Once you've lost them it's very difficult to get them back!
