Yahoo's Quick Response to 2nd Review of Penalized Site

Is 8 hours unrealistic for an individual site review?

I requested a second review of my penalized site that had been penalized by Inktomi and carried forward by Yahoo and received a response from Yahoo in just 8 hours stating "It has been determined that your site may not comply with Yahoo’s Content Quality Guidelines located at: [help.yahoo.com...] I can't believe Yahoo had time to manually review my site as they said they do in their Second Review Request instruction sheet and form which states: "…we can promise to read your comments and review each site individually." If Yahoo had actually looked at my site they would have seen that it is a quality site and provides useful information to its visitors. The only possible thing that I can think of that Yahoo could consider as unwanted in my local destination travel guide site, are listings of places of lodging including name, contact info, and short property descriptions similar to those found on many other travel sites in my area. Is this duplicate content? I had rewritten the property descriptions, but can’t change the contact information. I don't know what else I can do.
