Perl - Template/Database driven site

We have a Perl based site and I'm wondering if...

We have a Perl based site that uses templates and a database and I'm wondering if anyone can confirm or deny that Yahoo has a problem crawling and indexing these types of sites.

All URLs are displayed as domain.com/section/page.html, no ugly SID URLs.

Google doesn't seem to have any problems crawling and indexing the site, but Yahoo (and MSN) both don't seem to like it so much.
