How many site can I submit at one moment like within a hour or the entire day for that matter what's the limit for the day? Forgive me if this has been already asked & somrhow did not see it.

You can submit as many unique sites as you want, they will still take your money. You just don't want to submit doorway sites to them or very similar sites from the same company. They will still take your money, you just won't like the result.
