I have a site that is vast but has different subdomains for different themes, my sub domains have not been indexed by Yahoo or MSN after my site was dropped in Feb. My site has now been included the search results, but only the homepage how do I get my sub-domains back into the Yahoo, a few appeared in Yahoo a few months ago but for a short time then disappeared.

The exact same way you get a regular domain back on, obviously you have your work cut out for you as you need to replicate this for every sub-domain.

a few appeared in Yahoo a few months ago but for a short time then disappeared.

This is a good sign and one day you will wake up and seen hundreds in the index. Then wait a couple of years and a few hundred more will appear ...

Speaking of subdomains,

I had many subdomains and have tried to remove them all, using 301 redirects etc to re-locate them.
Yahoo has re-indexed and re-cached those subdomains at their new location, however in SERPS it shows up as old location.

ie; subdomain DOT sitename DOT com was moved to
sitename DOT com SLASH subdomain.
(sorry... just didnt want to trigger any alarms)

Even though the new page at the new location shows up in yahoo cache, it still shows the old location as the url in the SERPS.
Anyone else having problems with their 301's?
