I have made the changes to my one of my sites that may get it into SiteMatch. However, when I try to resubmit the URL, I get a "URL is alreaady in system" error and it will not allow me to resubmit. How can I reapply? Anyone with experience on this?

You don't need to "resubmit" your URL.
I am aussming that you currently have a "rejected" status on your site.
Contact your reseller's customer service team and request that they request (on your behalf) re-review of your site.
