same page different domain name

lets say our site www.uswidgets.com, is not showing up in serps in yahoo, but www.unitedstateswidgets.com is, any thoughts?

i should have mentioned that they are the same site owned by the same people.

Are you asking why only one of two identical pages are being ranked in Yahoo?

Yahoo chooses one of the domains, usually the oldest one or the one with the most links, and ranks that. That might be why 1 is ranking over the other.
