Here is the situation. About a year ago, i paid for one URL to be listed in Inktomi's PFI. I forgot about it and went about my day to day business. Suddenly in mid Augest, said URL starts popping in the top 10 in both Yahoo and MSN. I went to positiontech to check my stats and it reports 0 clicks? I then did a search on my keywords for the page and my PFI url comes up in the top 10 but it comes up under a secondary domain name that we use that points to the same page. Now the burning question is since positiontech is reporting no clicks for the PFI entry, and according to all I have read, I shouldn't even have that entry listed on Yahoo once they started sitematch, has this page been indexed for free by Yahoo Slurp? I checked my stats and it appears slurp comes around 6-7 times a day looks at the page and takes off. One of those visits has to be on behalf of Inktomi PFI. Anyhow, i have about a month left until the PFI runs out. What i need to know is it indexed for free or not. Any ideas?
