Submitting to Y! Directory - Y! Says Site Is Listed
But its never been submitted or listed

Last time we went to submit the submission form didn't work but it charged the credit card for each of the 10 submission tries. (they did credit them quickly)
Now it says the site is already in the directory. Anyone else encounter this?
