How does the Yahoo cache work?

Hello friends,

Yesterday I checekd www.mydomain.com surprisingly all the title and desp has changed to old which I have changed a month back and this new title was already indexed by Yahoo. Why does it got changed? is it related to Yahoo cache?

Earlier there was ranking, but when Yahoo indexed with old title and desp my result came down.

Any help could I get in this regard?
