We recently moved our entire site over to a new domain name and the old domain points at our new domain/site. We've used the Yahoo directory listing edit process each month for the past four months but the only time we ever got a response was when we tried to update the listing in January before we made the change. They were quick with an e-mail to let us know why they wouldn't update the listing at that time but since then we've come up blank over and over.
Is there another process to get a Yahoo listing updated?
(BTW, we do use the Yahoo Express service and our $299/year fee is up to date)
