We recently got charged the 299$ for our listing in the yahoo directory; however, our listing is not there?
Has this happen to anyone before, how can I contact Yahoo?

My credit card was autobilled for a client/domain I dropped because he didn't pay his bills. I guess I missed the annual autorenew (by default!) mice-type when I signed him up w/ my CC.
I had to eat the $300 but requested the listing be removed months ago and it remains. Go figure.
