A few months ago, I placed KW links on about 10 sites for a (relatively) non-competitive term and noticed that within one week, Google was ranking that site #1.
I am about to do that exercise with Yahoo, but would like to know if anyone else has experience with this? I understand Google has more weight on KW anchor text, and that is a variable.
