yahoo keeps breaking

I am waiting for an penalty for duplicate index.
Just checked my listing in yahoo and saw they included 2 more pages.

But found another site listed with the exact title of one of my homepages....
clicked on it and the site donīt have anything related at all, itīs an page for download programs and my site is travel site.....

Whats to come?
