A site that we used to bo business with refuses to remove our information from their web pages and now they are indexed in Yahoo (and Google). Is there anyway for us to have these pages with our information removed from Yahoo (and Google) web search?

Thanks,

You may want to try sending a formal notice to their legal division giving the exact information required by the Digital Millenium Copyright Act. I've never tried this with a search engine, but I would assume they would be required to follow the law in this area (you may need to speak with an lawyer specializing in internet law to confirm this).

We've send DMCA notices to companies hosting websites which infringe upon our intellectual property and have seen immediate results and compliance.

I wish you the best of luck in this area. It's time consuming, but if you're on the right side of the law, it is totally worth the investment of time.
