Getting yahoo to index the right domain

We've got 2 domains setup as:

<VirtualHost *>
ServerAdmin webmaster@****.co.uk
ServerName www.****.co.uk
ServerAlias www.****2222.co.uk
</VirtualHost>

Were no1 on yahoo but for www.****2222.co.uk instead of our domain www.****.co.uk.
I pulled the line ServerAlias www.****2222.co.uk altogether hoping it would reindex as ****.co.uk but it never appeared after 2 months. I've now had to put back
ServerAlias www.****2222.co.uk and were listed again

Any ideas how to get our proper domain listed. I wonder if yahoo has removed/banned the original domain because it found this new one but i cant see it somehow.

Any ideas on best method?
