Maybe MSN has more people searching for that market more. MSN is not that close to Yahoo in searches that are performed!

MSN searches will increase a lot in the next couple months.

Reason: new upgrade of MSN messenger that will by default change the startpage of your browser to www.msn.com and installs the MSN toolbar.

Lets hope that MSN releases it's own search engine soon.

Its going to be an interesting year :P

From one of mine

- MSN58485848
- Google52285476
- Yahoo50795214

I think I may have finally found just the right approach, if one fails me I havent lost everything ..

Now if I could just find the recipe ;)

mars9820, that's a good find. I just went through the MSN Messenger upgrade process and the default settings do, in fact:

1) make MSN Search your default search engine
2) change the startpage of your browser to www.msn.com and
3) install the MSN toolbar

That's pretty bad news for Google and Yahoo!

well Yahoo was doing this already for a couple years.

If you installed yahoo messenger you as well got the companion full install on your computer and default error page and search went to yahoo.com

I had a hard time to get rid of the yahoo search page at that time even after uninstall. I believe that was the same time I signed up for MSN messenger and told everyone I knew to change to MSN instead of yahoo.
