Upgraded free Yahoo Service slow

is it just me, or is the upgrade more like a downgrade?

ever since the update, my Yahoo account has been extremely slow... it takes an average of 40 seconds to switch between pages and many requests result in a "Cannot Find Server" error....

does anyone else have this problem? i've been having login problems for a long time (ie. i'd be logged in but it would prompt me to enter my password over and over), so i'm curious if the two problems are somehow related...
