First off I want to thank all of you for the great information that is located here. I have been a long time reader and this is my first post. I have not seen any posts that quite follow this problem but if this was already discussed please just send me to the right thread.

Here goes:

Before April 15th I was receiving upwards of a thousand referrals a day from Yahoo/Inktomi. I have about 144 urls listed in Inktomi through iNeedHits.com. Well I thought all was well until I actually upgraded to SiteMatch. After I upgraded my funds were quickly depleted and all the urls were removed from the Sitematch listings. I added funds as quickly as I could but to my dismay shortly after and I mean just a day or two all 144 urls were suspended.

I called my rep at iNeedhits he was pretty helpful and over the past month and a half has tried his best to get me listed again. I now have many of the urls re-listed in sitematch and on iNeedhit account management it says the urls are included in Overture. Great right? Nope I have not gotten any hits for any of the hundred or so urls it says are in sitematch. Where before the same urls generated thousands of hits I am down to zero!

So I think of maybe it takes a couple days to refresh it has been weeks/going on months. So I think next it was some kind of algorithm thing, nothing has changed on my site and would any algo reduce a site to zero from thousands?

My question is really this:
How do I get an answer to my questions, iNeedhits says they can’t do anything they just run the accounts and collect the money. Overture knows nothing as they can’t access my account since it is with iNeedHits. Yahoo I have no clue who to ask or call there…
Why would it say I am listed take my money and not get any hits whatsoever all of a sudden? Anyone have the same experience? What a mess this all is.

My site is snipped btw. If anyone thinks it is something I am doing on the site I would really appreciate your advice.

Richard

Richard,

I, for one, can fully understand and apprecipate the frustration you must be feeling.

Whilst I can't and won't go into specifics on your account in a public forum, I am happy to take this discussion off line - please sticky mail me.

Please rest assured that we are doing everything we can to try and help you out. I was breifed of your scenario a number of days ago and have since escalated it quite high to try and obtain a diffinative answer.

Look forward to hearing from you soon.
