My site has been listed in the Yahoo directory for 2 years (at $299.00 per year). It is number one for it's primary keywords however, it is no where to be found in the general serp.

Do the sites that are in the Yahoo directory get no inclusion into the general serp's?

Formula_One it seems to me that sites in the directory get a boost in the SERP's. However, all the other elements of the algorithm must be in place for that boost to be effective. If you are not getting any traffic from your listing then it's not worth it, but the best way to determine is by performing a traffic/ revenue analysis.
