spider / site map

only page crawled

maybe this isn't as unusual a problem as I think.

However, I have recently started a new site and only one page appears to have been indexed and that is the spider map page(glorified site map) which is ONLY linked to the index page on the middle section of a three column table. Even the index page hasn't been crawled (or at least it isn't showing). When will the rest of the site be done or am I doing something really stupid ?

No you are not doing anything wrong. Yahoo is initially slow in idexing pages for sites which have very few or no links from other sites. Try to get some links from other sites.Yahoo may be slow in picking up pages but they rank fast there.
