Results are changing in travel search. I realized that lots of sites that gave advertise on google are being top on Yahoo. I guess these sites also are member of sitematch. Am I right?

What makes you say that?

Unless you are looking at the URL redirector to see if it is going to Site Match, then they could be just part of the free crawl process.

Lets not forget, that Site Match doesn't provide a boost in rankings. Only gives you 48 hour refresh - assuming you have the time and skill - to opitmize your site to improve your rankings.

Thanks Warren.. Please tell me How I can know a site is member of sitematch.

I mean
My site is top on google for "blue widgets" and is not in top 100 on yahoo. For "blue widgets " top ten on google and yahoo fully different. Sites that are top five on yahoo also give advertise on google and they are 30# rankings on google. I just want to learn if they are part of sitematch. I'm not.

Interestingly enough I have yet to pay for ANY sites to be included in Site Match and I have many many sites ranking.

Like mentioned earlier, links is key.

As a result of Google's reliance on links, we have developed such an advanced links campaign that Yahoo has spidered us automatically, and we rank very well.

For both Yahoo and Google links is key - there are just minor differences in how the algos work.
