Does they send this e-mail to all websites?
supose so, though seem authomatic, received 3, one for each e-mail account on the web. If so isnīt that spam?
Or do they send them only to selected sites?

Sorry if being stupid, but I do think the same I report my site is not showing in serps, as well I ought to report when somebody is making bad and ilegal use of yahoos or anybodys else name.
If yahooīs not interested, maybe people reading here that is not that familiar with these kind of hoax or whatever wants to know what these e-mails means.
webmasterword is very well positioned in serps.... most people reading posts here are not big SEOs

With the recent changes in the SE market these emails are bound to be circulating but a response like the one you made can hardly serve to encourage this kind of query and, in turn, knowledge.
Surely info on these matters can only be a good thing for all concerned?
It probably looks quite convincing to someone who doesn't have a nasty suspicious nature....
