Paid for Site Match on March 26st.

Like many people, my site suffered an ink penalty, carried over to Yahoo. I paid $156 to have three pages reindexed through Site Match. To date I have received no reply whatsover. This is so important to me that I tried to pay again, but the reply I get is that the URL is already in the system.

Apparently, although the payment has been accepted, no action was taken regarding the penalty. As was the case with ink, I am nowhere for my brand name but can only be found when I search for my url. In actuality I have received nothing, despite paying.

Surely, someone from Yahoo ought to let me know if my site has passed their scrutiny or if it has been rejected.

I hope Tim or Mike can assist me in having this matter resolved.

I just checked in yahoo for your title,
actually you are in but not your homepage,
another page of yours with the url [store.yahoo.com...]
and if click on home leads to your site.

Thanks for the response. However this is not our main website and not one of the URLs we paid for. It is the Yahoo store which we use to process our orders. We have used the Yahoo shopping cart for many years since it is so trouble-free.

same problem with no response from the Site Match crew after submitting a page.

They don't even send you an email confirmation that you signed up! Really poor Customer service
