Directory submission

Website must be still Netscape 4.6 compliant?

Maybe slightly offtopic... but I was wondering if a website entirely written in flash could be accepted in the directory using Express submission. After all who uses Netscape 4.6 anymore?

I recently got my non commercial site successfully included in the directory using free submission. Instantly after my submission a bot from yahoo visited my site and picked up the whole front page. Apart from cheking for dead links etc, I suspect that bot took a 'snapshot picture' of my front page so that they can check and filter out submitted sites without visiting them.

Maybe it has something to do with that.
*edit* Tim did say in this thread [webmasterworld.com...] IE6 compliant is enough, but certainly robot friendly helps alot.

BTW. first post here, but been tinkering with websites more or less since '96.
