Will all the urls submitted by the yahoo "free submit" be indexed on or before the 15th of April?

Whilst I don't have a definative answer, I would suggest that if you submitted today by free crawl, you would not be included on April 15th. The general indication is somewhere between 6 - 8 weeks, although I do believe a few people were running a test on this.

The only way to guarantee inclusion is to pay for it via Overture Site Match.

Now, that 3 search engines have almost total control over the entire internet with their "pay to play" business models....I do hope someone sees that there is a huge opportunity to be SE # 4 that challenges these three with a different type search engine and business model.

Very sad to see almost the whole internet effectively being run and controled by three companies from corprate America.
