The Canadian head of internet portal Yahoo! Inc(NasdaqNM:YHOO - news) has offered his resignation and is due to leave the company shortly, the Financial Times reported on Friday.Mark Rubinstein, who had been managing Yahoo! Canada for little over a year, is the latest in a line of high profile defections which include the heads of Yahoo!'s Asian and European operations.
