I just saw a comment that indicated Yahoo gives a lot of weight to inbound links, especially when doing site reviews regarding possible penalties.

My question is, can another webmaster sabatoge your site by simply signing you up for a few link farms, even though you do NOT reciprocate those links?

Please do NOT post email quotes from Yahoo in this thread.

Actually I do NOT believe so, I only put "possible remote" posibilites, I donīt even remember since when I donīt reciprocate these kind of stuff.
And one day I went in to an link farm of these, checked the sites indexed, and all of them I checked were indexed in Inktomi.
One of my biggest competitors had reciprocal links with them for one month ago, and they are still indexed, and as well has thousand of reciprocal links, several domains etc., to me nothing make sence.
Google seems to ignore all this, they are pr7 I am4 and we are next to each other always.

Maybe if they do because of that, think could be linkfarm plus other factors as well, i.e. 2+2+2=6.
It really would be stupid to penalize due of that.
