Dissatisfied with your search results? Help us improve.

Did Yahoo's content writing team write it on their own?

Did Yahoo's content writing team write it themselves or did they just copy it from Google?

The text at the bottom of search results page:

[Google] Dissatisfied with your search results? Help us improve.
[Yahoo] Dissatisfied with your search results? Help us improve.

Once you reach the feedback form:
[Google] A BLUE bar on the top with text:
Dissatisfied with your search results?
[Yahoo ] A BLUE bar on the top with text:
Dissatisfied with your search results?

Text After the top bar:
[Google] Thanks for helping us improve our search. While we aren't able to respond directly to comments submitted with this form, the information will be reviewed by our quality team.
[Yahoo] Thank you for helping us improve our search. While we aren't able to respond directly to comments submitted with this form, your feedback will be reviewed by our search quality team.

Then they both mention the search term:
[Google] You searched for abcdefg
[Yahoo] You searched for abcdefg

Then comes the input box - on both sites, its surrounded by a BLUE rectangle.

Yahoo then has an additional option, "Select the reason why you are dissatisfied with your search:"

The last one is again same:
[Google] Were you looking for a specific URL that wasn't listed in the search results? If so, please enter the URL here:
[Yahoo] Were you looking for a specific URL that wasn't listed in the search results? If so, please enter the URL here:

Now the main search form is complete. Then comes section for additional information:
[Google] For additional help with your search, try consulting:
[Yahoo] For additional help with your search, try consulting:

Exactly 4 points in this section o both sites.

They both should end with an additional line at the end to keep the similarity so this one has different text, but similar look:
[Google] If you need an answer from our user support team, you'll find contact information at [google.com...]
[Yahoo] If you are looking for help information about other Yahoo! services, please visit Yahoo! Help Central.

Why am I noticing this? I had to create my Feedback page and I thought I would look at the two best search engines and combine what they have done to create something of my own ;)

Cheers
SDani

Edit: I think I need an option to edit the title to correct the grammatical error in the subtitle. (Thanks mods to correct the subtitle)

They are both trying to lower each others sites via the duplicate content penalty :D

They also both use

"In order to show you the most relevant results, we have omitted some entries very similar to the ones already displayed. If you like, you can repeat the search with the omitted results included."

Do both Google and Yahoo have duplicate content complaint forms?
