Which of these is available in Philippines

I apologize off the top if this question is in the wrong forum.

I have received several e-mails from an address:
@yahoo.co.uk. The writer of the e-mail states that he is sending the e-mail from the Philippines.

Yet I receive all other e-mails from the Philippines through @yahoo.com.

Am I possibly being deceived?
